Spanning almost 19 hectares, The Gateway project is a comprehensive mixed-use development providing commercial and wellness services and a variety of residential units, including employee housing.

The land use mix creates a more livable destination and reduces reliance on passenger vehicles for area residents. A proposed office campus, known as the Research and Innovation Hub, will accommodate researchers and related facilities, health and wellness practitioners and other professionals.

The site plan has one- and two-storey commercial buildings with retail. It would also include two- to four-storey office and light industrial buildings, as well as a four-storey mixed use.
