What is The Gateway at Three Sisters?

The Gateway at Three Sisters is a new, mixed-use development that will provide much-needed retail, medical, food service, and office spaces, along with employee accommodations.

Where is the development located?

The Gateway is located approximately five kilometers southeast of Canmore, Alberta, at the base of the Three Sisters mountain. It is situated just off the Trans-Canada Hwy at the intersection of Three Sisters Pkwy and Three Sisters Blvd.

How big is The Gateway at Three Sisters?

The Gateway will feature over 300,000 sq. ft. of master planned retail, medical, food service, and office space, plus employee accommodations.

When will The Gateway be completed?

Given the size of the development, The Gateway is being delivered in phases:

  • Phase I is expected to open mid 2025.
  • Phase II is targeting delivery between 2026-2028.
  • Phase III will follow Phase II.
What will be included in Phase I?

Phase I will include new retailers, a gas station, a grocer, a restaurant and second floor employee accommodations.
